This photo was taken in approximately 1947-48, prior to the formation of the Spokane Junior Symphony. Otto Huttenbach (right), was an original board member when the Junior Symphony was formed in 1949.

String Ensemble Class Enjoys Outing at McClain Home
The summer string ensemble class of the Spokane conservatory was entertained last week at a musical picnic in the yard of Mrs. Donald McClain, W129 Thirty-fourth. Preceding the social activities the group rehearsed with their teachers, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Huttenbach.
